IN-PERSON CLASSES

​

These unorthodox classes are slow-paced and focus a lot on the connection between breath and movement. You will find yourself in holding challenges at some poses as well as in deeply meditative vinyasa krama (exploring a repetitive pattern between poses that is linked by the energy of the breath). You will learn bits of pranayama, mudra, and bandha to boost your concentration and center you in, as well as at times a delightful shavasana to restore your body and give your nervous system a full reset.
