Metanoia offers a fresh, vibrant salad options and a mouthwatering, expertly-prepared vegetarian hot dish that will delight your taste buds and nourish your body from the inside out. A selection of snacks will be available all day long up. With our deposit system we will try to minimise waist and one way plastic use to the maximum.
The Metanoia team do not support the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Live Music at 5PM
From 5pm on, you can also enjoy live music and other entertainments to dance & play with or sing along, We will organise live acts & jams. The market will remain open while the music echoes in the building and will give you a place to take a break in case you need one.
